Clients are reminded that all recognised private and professional funds and all registered public funds under British Virgin Islands law are required to complete and file an Annual Mutual Funds Return (the “Annual Return”) with the BVI Financial Services Commission (the “Commission”) on an annual basis. Annual Returns for the year ending 2009 are due and must be filed with the Commission on or before 30 June 2010. Failure to file the Annual Return may lead to enforcement action being taken by the Commission against a fund including the application of administrative penalties. |
