Working for the Island’s principal developers and other leading players in the local property market, we have been involved in many of the most significant transactions of recent times, including:
- Acting for a private investor in the purchase from Legal and General Assurance Society Limited of the Jersey offices of law firm Carey Olsen.
- Acting for the privately-owned JCN Group in the completion of the leases to legal and fiduciary group Ogier of the latter’s flagship Jersey office premises.
- Advising Barclays on the sale and leaseback of its Library Place banking hall and office premises to investment house Hotbed.
